Our Meals


Our Meals are cooked Fresh and then ‘Blast Chilled’ – NOT FROZEN, this ensures that our meals will keep fresher for longer.

For best results, we recommend re-heating your meal in a normal domestic oven, however your meal can just as easily be ‘micro-waved’.

Please refrigerate your meal immediately upon delivery.

If you are not going to consume your meal within the use by date, we suggest you freeze your meal for consumption within three months. If frozen, De-frost your meal in your refrigerator before re-heating.


Deliveries


If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery please make prior arrangements with us for delivery, You may wish to leave an esky and ice-pack at your door or maybe a neighbour could take delivery for you?

As with any business, our time is limited when making deliveries and we do appreciate clear and precise delivery instructions.

Deliveries are made on Fridays (except for Kincumber, South Kincumber and certain areas of Terrigal and Erina, which are delivered on Thursday afternoon).

Our Deliveries are made to a specific route so we can only advise approximate delivery times but generally aim to be within an hour either side of stated delivery time.

We do not deliver to certain Central Coast suburbs but pre ordered fresh meals can be collected from our café in Kincumber between midday and 2 pm on Thursdays.


Payment


Please do not leave payments outdoors unless you have made specific arrangements with us.

If you have an account with us, we appreciate prompt settlement of your account.

We accept Cash, Cheque (fees apply) or you may choose to deposit funds directly to our bank account. We are also able to process credit/ Bank card payments over the phone (fees apply) or at the time of delivery.

We Value our reputation and if you are ever dissatisfied with our service please let us know as soon as possible and where possible we will take immediate action to remedy the situation.


Ordering a meal


Please order by 5p.m. on the Monday before delivery

To order a meal from our menu, please tick the box next to your selection. If you require more than one of the same meal please place the number required in the corresponding box. To guarantee delivery, orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on The Monday before delivery.

*A minimum order of $30.00 applies to all orders for delivery plus a $5 delivery charge. All prices include gst.

Cancellation Policy


We make your meals to order and we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your order. If you cancel within 48 hours of delivery your meals will be frozen for delivery or collection at a later date – You will be issued with an invoice accordingly.
